Refund policy

Look, even the pros double fault sometimes - and occasionally, so do we. If your order arrives looking like it lost a tiebreak (damaged, defective, or just plain wrong), we've got you covered.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items sent incorrectly        
  • Damaged or defective products

Refund requests need to be lodged within 30 days of your purchase date. After that, the ball is unfortunately out of bounds.

To get the ball rolling, drop us a line at support@doublefaultclub.co with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We'll sort it out faster than a first-serve ace.

A note on care: Our tees need a little love. Follow the washing and care instructions included with your order to keep them looking fresh - because a faded tee is a tragedy we can't refund.
